Finding professional email addresses of decision-makers at target companies for legitimate sales outreach.
Email List Verification
Cleaning and verifying existing email lists to reduce bounce rates and improve deliverability.
CRM Enrichment
Enriching your CRM with verified contact information for leads you are already engaging with.
API Integration
Integrating our API into your own tools or workflows for programmatic B2B data enrichment.
Recruitment Outreach
Finding contact information for professional recruitment and talent acquisition purposes.
The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
Spam & Bulk Unsolicited Email
Using found emails to send mass unsolicited commercial emails or spam in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR.
Phishing & Fraud
Using the platform to facilitate phishing attacks, identity theft, impersonation, or any form of fraud.
Data Reselling
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing data obtained through Mailsfinder to third parties without prior written authorization.
Harassment & Abuse
Using contact information to harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse individuals.
Automated Scraping
Using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access the platform beyond normal usage patterns.
Consumer Data Targeting
Using the platform to find or target consumers (B2C), which may violate GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
Mailsfinder reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. Upon confirmed violation, we may take the following actions:
If you believe another user is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to abuse@mailsfinder.com.
We take all abuse reports seriously and will investigate within 5 business days. Reporter identities are kept confidential.
This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
