Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mailsfinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Mailsfinder ("Company").

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of Services

Mailsfinder provides B2B email finding and verification tools for professional outreach purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• You will not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial emails (spam)

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@mailsfinder.com of any unauthorized use of your account. Mailsfinder will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits & Billing

Mailsfinder operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed for each successful, verified email found or email address verified. Credits are not consumed for "Not Found" or invalid results.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Credits expire as specified in your plan terms
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited bulk communications
• Harvest email addresses for malicious purposes
• Scrape or extract data in violation of third-party terms of service
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Violate any applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Mailsfinder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailsfinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mailsfinder in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused credits at the time of termination due to a breach of Terms will be forfeited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
