Is there a free plan? expand_more

Yes. Every account gets 100 free credits per day, forever. No card required to start. You can find and verify emails using the dashboard or the API on the free tier, and only upgrade when your daily volume outgrows 100 credits.

How do credits work, do they reset? expand_more

On Monthly and Annual plans you get 300,000 credits per billing cycle, and unused credits reset at the start of each new cycle. On the Lifetime plan you get a 2,000,000 credit pool that draws down as you use it, with no monthly reset. One-time credit packs add credits that do not expire.

Can I move between plans? expand_more

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch billing cadence from inside your dashboard at any time. Switching from Monthly to Annual prorates immediately. Switching from a subscription to Lifetime is available on request, just email support.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month? expand_more

You can buy a one-time credit pack from $5 (10,000 credits) up to $59 (250,000 credits) and the credits get added to your account instantly. Or you can upgrade to a higher cycle. Your account does not stop working, you just lose the ability to draw new credits until you top up.

Is the Lifetime plan really lifetime? expand_more

Yes. The $249 Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you 2,000,000 credits in a lifetime pool, plus 5,000 exports per month, 1,000 enrichment calls per month and 25 signals per month for as long as the product exists. There is no recurring charge and the credit pool does not expire.
